Using this directory
This version has no accounts, inquiry forms or analytics. Cloudflare hosts the website and handles website and API requests under its privacy policy. Community search and filter choices appear in the page URL and may remain in your browser history. Comparison selections are saved in your browser’s local storage. Clear them using “Clear comparison” or clear this site’s browser data.
Locations and routes
“Use current location” asks your browser for permission only when you choose it. Home and campground choices and device coordinates stay in browser memory during the visit; they are not saved in local storage or placed in shared links. Local community and campground choices are resolved in your browser. Other address queries are sent through Cloudflare to Geoapify when you request a lookup. Driving calculations send selected starting-point, campground and facility coordinates through Cloudflare to Geoapify. This application does not deliberately log or save search text, exact locations or route results to disk. Geoapify retains API request information for service operation and usage counting under its privacy policy. Hosting and routing providers have their own retention practices.
Campground map
The map loads visible tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address, site referrer and the map area being viewed. Exact starting-point coordinates are not included in map-tile URLs. Map choices stay in browser memory.
